Cherry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/3 cup mild
  • 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • Fresh cherries, pitted and sliced
  • Granola, as optional garnish

Instructions

  • To a blender, add the banana, frozen cherries, milk, Greek yogurt, ice, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with sliced fresh cherries and granola. Sprinkle with additional chia seeds if desired.
