Red, White and Blue Salad
1 cup pitted and chopped Northwest fresh sweet red cherries Yield: 4 Servings Toss together cherries, peach and blueberries. Sprinkle with dressing and toss gently. Minted Honey Lemon Dressing: Combine 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon each honey and olive oil, 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix well. Makes 1/4 cup. |
